Grading period piece is always a fun and interesting challenge. Combine that with historical importance and gritty WW2 accuracy and you have a very powerful story told though the use of colour.

The brief for this project was to strike a balance between the cold and heartless looks of the Nazi interrogations and the warm, loving community that our protagonists live in.

Set in the mountains of Albania there was no shortage of glorious scenery to work with and truly shows the power that colour can have on our perception. A powerhouse of visual storytelling.
